Recently, many of my South America customers coincidentally came to ask me more details about Fiberglass blackout roller blinds. Those fabrics composited with 3Ply PVC and 1 Ply 100% fiberglass. We mainly supply two types, like weight 530g and weight 430g, and for different series, we offer different color options.
For 530g fiberglass blackout fabrics, we supply finished width like 200/250/300cm, and the roll length is 30m. It’s blackout, so the anti-ultraviolet is 100%.
For 430g fiberglass blackout fabrics, we offer finished width like 183/250/300cm, the roll length is also 30m. And it also blackout.
The fabrics weight present the quality, some customers prefer lighter and cheaper material, but it’s difficult to maintain the quality standard and cut the cost down. For Fiberglass composited with PVC blackout fabric, it is one layer fiberglass fabric composited with three layers PVC. To ensure the quality, there is one layer black PVC layer to ensure the fabric is 100% blackout. So the weight won’t have much difference.
